Standard Cancellation Rules

At Bonsai Eco Village, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.

Flexible

15% Charge

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled check-in.

Standard

50% Charge

Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before your check-in.

Strict

100% Charge

Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in. (No Refund)

Important Terms

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
Any transactional fees or bank charges incurred during the initial payment are non-refundable.
No-shows on the date of check-in will be treated as 100% cancellation charge.
Partial cancellations (reducing nights) will be subject to the same time-based percentage charges.

Kids Policy

Children are always welcome at Bonsai Eco Village! Additional charges apply based on age group and room type. Children aged 0–5 stay free of charge.

Smoking Policy

Prohibited Inside Rooms

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and enclosed areas. Guests found smoking indoors will be charged a fine of ৳3,000.

Allowed in Designated Areas

Smoking is permitted on the balcony and other designated outdoor areas around the property. Please be considerate of fellow guests.

Late Check-Out Policy

Guests who do not check out within the stipulated check-out time will be charged Tk. 500 per hour as a late check-out fee.

Please inform the front desk in advance if you require a late check-out. Subject to availability.
